From Coconut Husk to Finished Product

Our manufacturing process is designed around efficient utilization of the coconut husk.

    Step 01

    Coconut Husk

    Quality coconut husks are sourced as the primary raw material.

    Step 02

    Fibre Extraction

    The coconut husk is processed to separate coir fibre and coir pith.

  3. 3

    Step 03

    Fibre Processing

    The extracted fibre is cleaned, processed and prepared for further manufacturing.

    Step 04

    Two-Ply Yarn Manufacturing

    Selected coir yarn is twisted to produce our Two-Ply Coir Yarn.

  5. 5

    Step 05

    Pith Processing

    The coir pith generated during fibre extraction is processed and compressed into Pith Blocks.

  6. 6

    Step 06

    Quality Inspection

    Products are inspected according to applicable product specifications.

  7. 7

    Step 07

    Packaging & Dispatch

    Finished products are packed and prepared for domestic and international delivery.
