Coir fibre is obtained from the outer husk of the coconut. At CoirBliss, coconut husk is processed to separate usable fibre, which can then be supplied for further manufacturing and various natural-fibre applications.
Coir pith is generated during the processing of coconut husk for fibre extraction. Rather than treating it simply as a waste material, CoirBliss processes this natural coir pith into compressed blocks for convenient handling, storage, transportation and use.
